Overview
Our dedicated and experienced Risk Management Advisors provide one to one, unscripted, knowledge based assistance via telephone and email. Risk Management Advisors are responsible for the Risk Improvement Assistance Programme and their incredible customer care skills ensure that our clients fully understand what is required of them and why.
This client facing role requires fantastic customer service skills, the ability to be a great listener and have a real passion for supporting and building relationships with others.
Candidates are required to have good IT skills, accurate typing skills and a desire to do the right thing for our clients.
A fantastic Risk Management Advisor will have outstanding communication skills, be a great team player and have the ability to use their own initiative.
